Job Summary:
As our Process Technician, you'll own the full lifecycle of each job — from mold changes and start-up through first article approval, operator training, and final shutdown. In our low to mid volume sampling environment, this role typically runs 3-4 sets per Process Technician per shift. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced injection molding environment and takes pride in producing quality parts right the first time.
