What you'll do
- Manage and track production jobs in the ERP system
- Ensure orders are released, scheduled, and moving through production
- Coordinate materials, job flow, and priorities to meet deadlines
- Create and manage production and shipping documentation
- Schedule shipments, process manifests, and track deliveries
- Resolve shipping issues, including delays, damages, and shortages
- Communicate order and delivery status to customers and internal teams
What you need
- 2+ years experience in production coordination, logistics, shipping, or manufacturing support
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

$20/hr to $25/hr (depending on experience)

What You’ll Need
2+ years experience in production coordination, logistics, shipping, or manufacturing support
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Do
Manage and track production jobs in the ERP system
Ensure orders are released, scheduled, and moving smoothly through production
Coordinate materials, job flow, and priorities to meet deadlines
Create and manage production and shipping documentation
Schedule shipments, process manifests, and track deliveries
Resolve shipping issues (delays, damages, shortages)
Communicate order and delivery status to customers and internal teams
