Position: Production Specialist

Auto-Chlor is looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our Production team — no prior experience required, just a great attitude and a willingness to learn!

What You’ll Do:
As a Production Specialist on our team, you’ll play a key role in supporting branch operations by mixing, preparing, and packaging cleaning products used by our customers every day. You’ll receive training on all procedures and safety practices.
Your responsibilities will include:
Mixing raw chemicals following Auto-Chlor’s formulas and safety procedures
Filling, labeling, and sealing containers
Preparing containers and keeping the production area clean and organized
Safely operating equipment and wearing PPE when required
Taking ownership of your tasks and ensuring products meet our high-quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
Reliability, good communication skills, and teamwork mindset
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Comfortable wearing all required PPE
This is a safety sensitive position for which requires the safe operation of motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment and/or handling of industrial chemicals. Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check and drug screening after a conditional offer of employment.
