Program Administrator

Now hiring for a Program Administrator at Baroody Camps! Job Summary: Looking for a Full-Time Program Administrator to work hybrid with our team and partner with our schools! The Program Administrator position is a highly tasked-based management position responsible for helping to manage enrichment programs and summer camp programs throughout the year. This is a data heavy position that requires a sense of urgency and high attention to detail. This includes but is not limited to: setting up and monitoring registration, managing on-site programs daily and communicating with parents, school staff and Baroody Camps Management. While most of this role is remote, a portion of the day is dedicated to being on-site as an On-Site Coordinator providing care and safety to students in our after school programs and working with the program side of Baroody Camps. This is a full time position and the expectation of hours is between 35-40 per week depending on business needs. Job Responsibilities: Work remotely with required on-site at schools hours between 2PM-5PM. Provide efficient customer service to internal and external customers: employees and schools. Providing administrative support to other members of the Enrichment team. Prepare, utilize, and navigate online registration system with sensitive information. Entering paper registration forms into our online registration system. Monitoring and editing registration for schools and parents. Communicate with parents via email and phone correspondence within 24 business hours with a high sense of urgency and service oriented mindset. Assisting in preparing and delivering materials for On-Site Coordinators (master lists, rosters). Follow written and verbal instructions to perform highly detailed data entry. Qualifications and Skills: Must be eligible for working in the United States Must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED Attention to detail and high level of organization Service oriented mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Works well under pressure and able to prioritize as the day progresses Superb computer skills & Google Suite knowledge required High level of critical thinking Must have reliable transportation Bilingual in Spanish is a plus! Training: CPR/AED/First Aid Certification, provided as needed In office training On the job training Baroody Camps, Inc. provides before and after school enrichment programs and summer camps to school children in various counties throughout the Northern Virginia area. We provide opportunities to manage and teach programs.
