The IU Foundation is looking for a Program Coordinator to provide hands-on advancement support that helps the Bloomington development team and campus fundraising community reach their goals. You’ll partner with the Bloomington Development leadership team to coordinate the programs, events, communications, and projects that keep fundraising moving across IU Bloomington.
This role blends ongoing programmatic, administrative, and project work throughout the academic year. You’ll support signature programs like Parent & Family Giving and the Hoosier Family Fellows, serve as an extension of the teams for schools and units without dedicated advancement program support, and prepare donor briefings for the Chancellor, Provost, and other campus leaders. Day to day, you’ll bring a service-oriented approach to communication and problem solving, flagging conflicts early and keeping colleagues across IUF and IU informed.
If you’re eager for a front-row view of advancement support at IU and take pride in getting every detail right, apply today.
