Position SummaryThe Project Coordinator supports the Program Management Office in the planning, tracking, and documentation of projects across PureTek Corporation’s pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. Working under the direction of the Program Office Manager, this position maintains project schedules, trackers, meeting records, and project documentation, and coordinates the logistics that keep projects moving — scheduling, material and equipment readiness, and follow-up on open action items. The Project Coordinator also provides on-floor support for line trials, solid dose pilot batch programs, and equipment qualification activities. This is a support role: the incumbent executes and maintains rather than sets project direction, and refers scope, schedule, and priority decisions to the Program Office Manager.
