This role does far more than administer medications; it safeguards resident health while shaping how residents experience their home. Summary The QMAP provides safe medication administration, direct personal care, and thoughtful resident support that promotes dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life. This individual assists residents with activities of daily living, responds to resident needs and call systems, observes and reports changes in condition, documents care accurately, and helps create a safe, welcoming home for every resident.
