What you'll do
- Act as the main point of contact for customers
- Handle contract and client purchase follow-up
What you need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of general office experience.
- Bilingual required
- Ability to type 45wpm
- Customer Service and quality fundamentals and MS Office Suite
- Ability to communicate information and ideas effectively
- Detailed-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong ability to think strategically and analyze information timely and accurately, strong interpersonal communication skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Nevada Timeshare or Real Estate license preferred or ability to pass the Timeshare exam if offered
