What you'll do
- Implement the Quality Management System for Rod Guide Application, support plant operations, conduct sample testing and internal audits, and maintain technical documentation.
- Use data-driven process improvement while partnering with Operations and Manufacturing.
What you need
- <p style="line-height: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">High School diploma required; some college preferred but not required</span></p>
- <p style="line-height: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Minimum 3 years quality assurance and / or industry experience is preferred</span></p>
- <p style="line-height: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Strong MS Office with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required<span> </span></span></p>
- <p style="line-height: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Management System Standard</span></p><p style="line-height: 12pt;"> </p><p style="line-height: 12pt;"><span><strong>Travel Requirements:</strong></span></p>
- <span>This position requires domestic and international travel to NOV plant facilities and other business locations as needed. Candidates must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally and meet applicable business-travel documentation and entry requirements.</span>

The role combines quality-system execution, plant support, sample testing, internal auditing, technical documentation, and data-driven process improvement. The position works independently on assigned priorities while partnering with Operations and Manufacturing.
