What you'll do

- Maintain gauges and inspection equipment
- Support containment and corrective action activities
- 1+ year of manufacturing, quality, or related experience
- Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications
- Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of ASME standards and Syteline is a plus
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Work in confined spaces and at heights when needed
- Wear required PPE, including safety glasses and steel-toe boots

Quality Technician

Starting Pay: $26-$30/hr Based on Experience
Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:30
Watson Custom Tanks is seeking a
Quality Technician
to support quality inspections, audits, testing, and continuous improvement efforts throughout the manufacturing process. This role helps ensure products meet customer specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Responsibilities
Inspect products, materials, and welds for quality and compliance
Perform process audits, product testing, and product layouts
Investigate quality issues and support problem-solving efforts
Collect and analyze defect data
Maintain gauges and inspection equipment
Support containment and corrective action activities
Qualifications
1+ year of manufacturing, quality, or related experience
Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications
Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of ASME standards and Syteline is a plus
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 50 lbs.
