What you'll do

Greet customers, answer phone calls, and provide appropriate information promptly and courteously.
Schedule appointments by phone or in person, deliver excellent customer service, and provide administrative support as needed.

What you need

A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience is required.
Previous medical office experience and proficiency in English and Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese are preferred, depending on location.
Education: a high school diploma

Job Overview The Receptionist assists and greets customers by answering phone calls, providing appropriate information promptly and courteously. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent work experience required. Previous experience in a medical office environment preferred.
