What you'll do
- Greet all customers entering the Sales Center.
- Serve as the conduit between customers and the sales team.
- Answering phones and making phone calls on behalf of the Sales Manager and sales team.
- Forward phone calls to appropriate departments.
- Send and reply to office emails.
- Make follow-up phone calls to customers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Sales Center Receptionist
Motorhomes of Texas, a luxury motorhome dealership, is currently seeking an experienced detail-oriented Receptionist to join our sales center. This position is customer facing and requires exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as meticulous attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be professional, have a positive attitude, and display a willingness to consistently put the customer first. They should be prepared, responsive, and willing to meet each challenge directly.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Greet all customers entering the Sales Center.
Serve as the conduit between customers and the sales team.
Answering phones and making phone calls on behalf of the Sales Manager and sales team.
Forward phone calls to appropriate departments.
Send and reply to office emails.
Make follow-up phone calls to customers.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma required.
2 years’ forward facing customer relations experience preferred.
Process, solution, and detail-oriented skills.
Exceptional organization and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly.
Customer service and Team oriented
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
