Recruiter Summary: Coordinates with area Administrators and Department Managers for recruitment and retention actions to meet HR goals. Recruiter Requirements: Generate up-to-date job postings for internal and external posting boards. Review Resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements. Coordinate with area Administrators for recruitment actions to meet staffing goals for each office. Provides support to Administrators for interviewing, job fairs, open houses, and newspaper advertising. Secures mailing lists from various professional groups to originate direct recruitment mailings. Perform other duties as assigned.
