Make recommendations for upgrades and changes to the system.nEnsure pre- and post-offer records are accurately maintained and tracked for each job listing.nnQualificationsnn2+ years of talent acquisition experience in a high-volume environment.nPrevious recruiting experience in construction or manufacturing preferred.nStrong communication skills and ability to connect with candidates and employees at all levels in the organization.n
