What you'll do
- Own full-cycle, high-volume hiring primarily for Fleet Operations, while supporting other teams such as Manufacturing Operations.
- Partner with operational leaders to source and close talent and manage recruiting pipelines.
What you need
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (sourcing, screening, and closing) with at least 2+ years of experience focused on high-volume or operational hiring.
- Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of positions, seamlessly flexing between high-volume, non-technical, and technical roles (e.g., fleet operations, manufacturing, on-the-ground support).
- Experience partnering directly with Hiring Managers to guide them through the talent acquisition process and effectively evaluate candidates for behavioral fit and role competencies.
- Proficiency in directly sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative sourcing techniques (e.g., Gem, portfolio platforms, industry meetups).
- Proven track record of delivering results, managing robust candidate pipelines, and thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Expertise in leveraging an ATS (we use Lever) to build metrics, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in the autonomous and/or electric vehicle industry
