Position: Associate Recruiter 📍 Mechanicsburg, PA (Onsite) 🕒 Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm | Full-Time Looking for an opportunity to build your recruiting career with a fast-growing company where your work directly impacts business success? West Shore Home is hiring an Associate Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll manage the candidate experience from initial application through offer, partnering with hiring managers to identify, screen, and hire qualified candidates for our regional operations teams. This is a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting role focused on relationship building, organization, communication, and delivering results in a metrics-driven environment. What You’ll Do Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates Conduct phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates Administer candidate assessments through the Predictive Index system Extend verbal and written offers to selected candidates Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process Partner with hiring managers to gather feedback and refine candidate screening Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate records, and meet established performance goals What We’re Looking For Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A results-driven mindset and comfort working toward measurable goals Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Strong attention to detail and follow-through A bachelor's degree or equivalent agency or corporate recruiting experience in a high-volume environment Benefits Competitive hourly compensation Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with company match PTO and paid holidays Employee discounts and referral program Career growth opportunities About West Shore Home West Shore Home is a fast-growing home remodeling company specializing in Bathrooms, Windows, Doors, and Flooring, with more than 40 locations nationwide and over 3,000 employees.
