Kind Behavioral Health is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis services, dedicated to improving the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (“ASD”). We provide life-changing treatment to children with ASD, providing outstanding quality care, and delivering exceptional clinical outcomes, in an environment in which all are encouraged to THINK BIG, HAVE FUN, and DO GOOD. We deliver treatment through individualized plans of care, and target socially significant behaviors, enabling the clients we serve to lead more independent, fulfilling lives. The Referral Development & Outreach Specialist builds and strengthens relationships with healthcare providers, schools, autism support organizations, and other community partners to increase awareness of Kind Behavioral Health's (KBH) services and generate referrals for children and teens who may benefit from ABA therapy. This remote, field-based position requires residence in North Carolina, preferably in the Charlotte or Triangle area. Approximately 50–60% of working time is spent traveling within assigned markets, conducting in-person outreach, and engaging referral partners, with the remaining time spent working remotely or onsite at a KBH location, based on employee preference and business needs. The role focuses on developing new referral relationships, maintaining engagement with existing partners, and positioning KBH as a trusted provider of autism services. Success requires proactive outreach, strong interpersonal skills, consistent follow-through, and the ability to independently manage referral development activities.
