The position does require travel to support teams in different areas in Elizabeth City, Greenville and Rocky Mount. Your Role in Our Mission Under the supervision of the Individual and Community Supports Program Manager, the ICS Registered Nurse (RN) provides clinical supervision and training to direct service providers providing services to medically fragile consumers. The ICS RN assesses the consumer’s needs relative to these services. The ICS RN is also responsible for conducting supervisory visits, completing direct service provider skills verification, and providing Medication Administration training, Infectious Disease training, Seizure Management and any other courses as qualified. Completes initial assessment of the consumer’s personal care needs. Develops a plan of care based upon the assessment of the consumer. Conducts a home visit monthly and as needed to assess and re-evaluate the consumer need, modifies the plan of care and conducts the direct service provider supervisory visit. Monitors and trains direct service providers providing personal care services or services to medically fragile consumers. Why Join Us?
