Develop and implement nursing care plans
Administer nursing care to patients
Give telephone advice to patients on health concerns and disease prevention
Take and record vital signs and medical histories
Prepare patients for examination, collect samples and perform tests

What you need

Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing or NLN approved program
Current Registered Nurse License active in the state of Missouri
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams

Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Give telephone advice to patients on health concerns and disease prevention under the direction of providers. Administrative duties may include scheduling appointments, sending and requesting medical records, and completing prior authorizations and referral requests. Clinical duties may include taking and recording vital signs and medical histories, preparing patients for examination, collecting laboratory samples and performing tests, administering medications and immunizations. Education: ▪ Required: Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing or NLN approved program Experience: ▪ Required: 6 months of prior experience as a Registered Nurse, or prior experience as a Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse in an outpatient or ambulatory clinic setting Skills: ▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ▪ Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams. ▪ Exhibits ability to manage time and prioritize work. ▪ Proficient Computer skills Licensure/Certification/Registration: ▪ Required: Current Registered Nurse License active in the state of Missouri
