This is a part-time, 24-hour night position working 7:00 PM–7:00 AM. Our ICU team provides specialized nursing care for critically ill patients who require close monitoring, advanced interventions, and complex clinical care. Nurses have the opportunity to work with patients experiencing a variety of acute and life-threatening conditions while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive community hospital environment. As an ICU RN, You Will: Provide specialized critical care nursing for patients with complex medical and surgical conditions. Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in patient conditions, including hemodynamic and cardiac monitoring. Administer medications, manage intravenous therapies, and support advanced treatment interventions. Utilize critical care technology and monitoring equipment to deliver safe, high-quality patient care. Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, respiratory therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team.
