What you'll do
- Coordinate nursing assistants, complete nursing assessments to plan care interventions, and administer direct resident care including medication.
- Communicate with residents' families about changes in conditions.
What you need
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio
- Basic computer proficiency
- Written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated listening skills
- Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities with demanding time frames
- Strong organizational skills
- Long term care experience (preferred)

The community is searching for Nurses to provide care in the skilled nursing facility. $6,000 sign-on bonus.
The Health Center at the Renaissance has a 5-star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
Hiring: Full-Time 1st & 3RD Shift
6:00a.m. - 6:00p.m.
6:00p.m. - 6:00a.m.+ Shift Differential!

This position is responsible for coordinating the activities of nursing assistants to ensure resident's needs are met, complete initial and ongoing nursing assessments needed to plan care interventions, administer direct resident care including medication and communicate with the resident's family about changes in conditions.
Requirements include:
· Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
· Long term care experience preferred.
· Supervisory experience preferred.
· Basic computer proficiency.
· Written and oral communication skills; demonstrated listening skills.
· Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities with demanding time frames; strong organizational skills.
