As a NOC Shift RN, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care, comfort, and support throughout the night. What You'll Do Provide compassionate, individualized nursing care during overnight shifts. Assess and monitor residents' health and respond promptly to changes in condition. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Respond to resident needs and nursing emergencies using sound clinical judgment. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care. Provide guidance and support to nursing assistants and other nursing staff. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate important updates during shift transitions. Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and well-being. What We're Looking For Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota or valid authority to practice in Minnesota. Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work independently and provide leadership during overnight shifts.
