What You'll Do Deliver compassionate, individualized nursing care in accordance with resident care plans. Assess and monitor residents' health and respond appropriately to changes in condition. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, residents, and families to coordinate high-quality care. Provide leadership, direction, and support to nursing assistants and other nursing team members. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable nursing standards and regulations. Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment for residents and coworkers. What We're Looking For Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota. Current CPR certification. Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills. Ability to provide leadership and collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team. Commitment to resident safety, dignity, and compassionate care.
