What you'll do
- Provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care to patients in their homes while developing and following individualized care plans.
- Accurately document patient observations and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
What you need
- Candidates must hold a current RN license in Colorado and a current CPR certification.
- A valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle are required for travel to patient homes.
