What you'll do
- Identify medical needs for individual members and set care priorities
- Develop ongoing Plans of Care in partnership with Senior LIFE interdisciplinary teams
- Interpret, record and act on diagnostic results
- Perform advanced nursing techniques and critical care procedures
- Identify and assess major medical problems
- Communicate potential needs to a physician or specialist
What you need
- At least one year working specifically with an elderly or aging population
- Current RN license
- Valid driver's license
