We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. You will be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and designing user interfaces for our digital products. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development of user personas and user journey maps to understand user needs and behaviors. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback throughout the design process. Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback to iterate and improve designs. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design. Support the development team in implementing design specifications and ensure design consistency across products. Qualifications: A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions. A portfolio showcasing your design process and projects, demonstrating your understanding of UX/UI principles. We are looking for a proactive team player who is eager to learn and contribute to creating exceptional user experiences.
