What you'll do

Assist lead installers with residential HVAC installations including furnaces, air conditioners, and ductwork.
Maintain a clean and safe job site while learning proper installation techniques and troubleshooting basics.

What you need

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and a strong willingness to learn the HVAC trade.
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

We are looking for a motivated Retrofit HVAC Trainee to join our installation team. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn the HVAC trade, develop hands-on skills, and grow into a long-term career in the industry. You’ll work alongside experienced installers, learning best practices for safety, quality, and customer service while honing your craft.
