Revit Design Technician

Overview We are seeking an entry-level Revit Drafter/Coordinator to join our MEP team in Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate will have some hands-on experience with Revit, an eagerness to learn, and a collaborative mindset. This role is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills while working on impactful projects with a team of seasoned professionals. Responsibilities Assist in creating plumbing system designs in Revit for various project types (commercial, residential, industrial, etc.). Support development of construction documents, including layouts, schematics, and specifications for plumbing systems. Coordinate MEP systems in detailed 3D models, ensuring accuracy and integration across disciplines. Work closely with engineers, designers, and consultants to meet project requirements. Apply design standards and codes while maintaining high-quality documentation. Update and revise plans in Revit as projects progress, ensuring documentation meets client expectations. Qualifications Basic understanding of plumbing systems and design principles (formal education or related experience preferred). Proficiency in Revit with a willingness to learn and improve as needed; BIM familiarity is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment. High motivation to develop technical skills and advance your career. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
