What you need

Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
Maintain a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure
Meet all state board of nursing requirements
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
BLS (Basic Life Support) or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
Push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
Prolonged standing and walking each shift
Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat

Position Details: Registered Nurse (Non-Exempt) Department: Med/Surg Location: Mercy Hospital Logan County - Guthrie, OK Status: Full-Time, 36 hours per week Shift : Nights, 7pm-7am Rotating weekends and holidays Sign-on bonus available: $15,000 for new grads, up to $20,000 for experienced nurses! Mercy Hospital Logan County is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital located in Guthrie, Oklahoma providing care to Observation, Inpatient and Swing patients. Our unit Patient/Nurse ratio is 5:1. Nursing staff work closely with the Therapy department to provide coordinated, excellent care to facilitate the highest level of return to pre-hospitalization lifestyle. Qualifications: Education : Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program. Licensure : Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements. Physical requirements/demands : Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis. Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift. Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties Required Certifications ( training provided by Mercy during the orientation period if not already certified): ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) BLS (Basic Life Support) or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
