This entry-level position will support our Service and Windows departments, assisting with residential roofing repairs, window service, installations, and warranty-related work.If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy working with your hands, take pride in your work, and want to build a career with a company that values quality and integrity, we'd love to meet you!What You'll Do:Assist with residential roofing service calls, repairs, and maintenance.Support window installation, replacement, adjustment, and repair projects.Assist with diagnosing and addressing roofing and window-related issues.Perform minor repairs and warranty work under the direction of experienced technicians.Help identify leaks, damaged shingles, flashing issues, and window-related concerns.Properly handle tools, equipment, materials, and job-site preparation.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide a positive customer experience.Follow established installation procedures, safety standards, and company expectations.Work alongside senior technicians to develop technical skills and expand product knowledge.What We're Looking For:Previous experience in roofing, construction, home improvement, or a related trade is a plus.Basic understanding of hand tools, power tools, and construction materials.Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.Dependable, punctual, and professional.Comfortable working outdoors and at various job sites.Ability to work on ladders, rooftops, and at various heights while following proper safety procedures.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently when appropriate and as part of a team.Preferred QualificationsPrevious residential roofing repair or service experience.Exposure to residential window installation or replacement.Familiarity with roofing systems, flashing, sealants, and window components.Experience working in a customer-facing home improvement environment.Benefits Offered:401(k) with company match.Health insurance.Dental insurance.Vision insurance.Paid time off.8 paid holidays.Employee referral program.Employee discount.
