Must be proficient in Microsoft and basic computer skills. Relates in a positive, professional manner to participants and staff. Must be punctual and meet deadlines. Good standard of literacy, numeracy, and verbal communication skills. Associates degree is preferred. Ability to provide excellent customer service. Minimum 2 years experience in customer service preferred.
