Description Roving Painter | Waite Park/St. Cloud, MN Area | Full-Time | On-Site $ 19 .00–$2 1 .00 per hour DOE + quarterly bonuses & benefits Monday – Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM Monarch Investment & Management Group is hiring an experienced Roving Painter to support six apartment communities throughout the Waite Park/St. Cloud area. You’ll rotate between the following properties, handling painting, surface preparation, drywall repair, light carpentry and apartment make-ready work : Gatewood The Legacy of Waite Park Oaks at Bentonshire Park Meadows Pointe West Upper Tow n What You’ll Get: $ 19 .00–$2 1 .00 Per Hour DOE Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses On-call bonus structure up to $100/week 401(k) match up to 3% or $4,000, whichever is greater Paid training and professional development programs Tuition reimbursement program Paid Time Off: 80 hours during Year 1 120 hours during Years 2–4 160 hours after 5 years 8 paid holidays plus 2 paid half-day holidays or work anniversary off 3-week paid sabbatical every 5 years or stay bonus option Blue Cross medical insurance starting under $50/month for employees FREE dental and basic life insurance Vision and voluntary benefits available for family members Employees are eligible for 20% off rent at any Monarch community, terms and conditions apply Tool reimbursement program up to $500 annually Annual boot reimbursement up to $100 Employee referral bonuses ranging from $500–$1,000 What You’ll Do : Paint and stain interior and exterior areas Prepare surfaces, including drywall repair, texture work and light carpentry Complete caulking, trim work and finishing details Assist with apartment make-ready and unit turns Remove/reinstall outlet covers, fixtures and other items as needed Maintain paint, tools and supplies Keep work areas clean and safe Travel between assigned properties throughout the Waite Park/St. Cloud area What We’re Looking For : 6+ months of painting experience Experience with drywall repair, painting and/or light carpentry Basic knowledge of outlets, switches and light fixtures High school diploma or equivalent Reliable, self-motivated and comfortable working independently Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation between properties Why Monarch : Monarch is a privately owned, self-managed multifamily company that promotes from within and invests in its people.
