Monarch Investment is hiring a Maintenance Rover to support 14 apartment communities across North St. Louis County. Requirements: EPA Universal Certification strongly preferred HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Comfortable working outdoors and traveling between sites 1+ years in multi-family maintenance preferred Duties Include: HVAC repairs (split systems, PTACs, boilers, etc.) Unit make-readies, service requests & general maintenance Preventive maintenance, power washing, landscaping, snow removal Support special projects and assist other site teams as needed Paint & Stain both interior and exterior application Drywalling, including painting and carpentry Knowledge of plumbing systems including sweating copper piping Knowledge of electrical systems including outlets, switches, and light fixtures Extensive knowledge of repair and diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves, and garbage disposals Water heater knowledge for both gas and electric systems Apply now to grow with one of the top property management companies in the U.S. A physical demonstration of your ability to complete job duties will be required during the interview process.
