Safety Coordinator

Viking Coca Cola Compliance Manager Viking Coca Cola is looking for a Full Time Compliance Manager for our fast paced St Cloud MN Warehouse location. This position is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of Food Safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable ISO, KORE, OSHA, HACCP and Management System standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures the facility complies with all required Food Safety systems including: ISO(International Standards Organization) KORE(KORE) Coca-Cola Quality System OSHA(Occupational Health and Safety Administration) HACCP(Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) Food Safety Modernization Act(FSMA) Establish and maintain database to support compliance programs. Act as lead company representative for compliance audits. Implement and manage an internal audit system to verify standards compliance. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs). Implement and train employees on SOPs. Conducts daily walkthroughs Good Manufacturing Practices for warehouse and production. Performs other duties as assigned. MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Prefer Bachelor's Degree will consider High School Diploma or equivalent. One to three years of ISO compliance required. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED Experience required in beverage industry policy and procedures. Must have compliance management experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be detailed oriented and organized.
