The Sales Enablement Coordinator supports revenue growth across the Print, EPS, and Public Sector lines of business by producing the content, campaigns, and reporting the sales team needs to find, win, and keep customers. This is a sales-facing role, measured on whether the sales team has what it needs to sell, whether every lead and campaign response is acted on the same day it arrives, and whether work leaving the department is accurate the first time.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Content
Write and publish white papers, case studies, and testimonials.
Own day-to-day social media content and publishing, including LinkedIn.
Produce sales collateral and hold to POS brand and style standards.
Campaigns and Quality
Build, test, and deploy email and automation programs in Pardot.
Set up and maintain Salesforce campaigns, attribution, and list hygiene.
Verify every campaign and proof before release. Process orders accurately.
Leads
Route every lead to the assigned rep the same business day, and log it.
Notify sales leadership and marketing, and confirm the lead was worked.
Route every campaign response the same day, including complaints.
Reporting and Support
Deliver a weekly report on forms, responses, leads, and campaign results.
Compile and publish the Monthly Marketing Advantage.
Conduct prospect research and list builds, and support the Public Sector team.
Build working knowledge of POS products and the markets we serve.
Desired Skills and Experience:
BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar degree.
Working proficiency in Salesforce and Pardot or a similar platform.
Strong business writing, including white papers and case studies.
Demonstrated attention to detail and disciplined proofing.
Organized self-starter, comfortable working directly with a sales team.
Healthcare, print, or payments industry experience is a plus.
POS offers an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth. This includes a competitive salary and benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) contribution, and Paid Holidays.
