Saratoga Retirement Community is a nonprofit Continuing Care Retirement Community located on a beautiful 37-acre hillside campus in Saratoga, CA. Our community offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate team members who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
What you'll do
- Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to residents
- Support the DON with assessments, admissions, and other duties as assigned
- Ensure residents comprehensive needs are met
- Review routines, calendar of events and resident needs
- Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted
- Ensure all charting and record keeping is accurate and complete
- Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of the Meadows of Napa Valley
- Support our Culture of Excellence in all areas of responsibility
What you need
- Be a graduate of an accredited RN Program
- Have an active RN license in the state, in good standing
- Have flexibility, able to work the occasional weekend/holiday as needed
- Have knowledge of DHS Regulations
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Have the ability to work well and collaboratively with team members and external individuals
- On occasion, may need to push/pull/support up to 75 lbs
- Experience in a Nursing Home (Assisted Living or Long-Term Care preferred, but not required) (preferred)
