What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and departmental duties which require discretion, in compliance with government and management directives.  Essential functions:  1. Receive telephone calls and visitors; handle routine matters personally and route non-routine business to proper staff for consideration.   2. Maintain calendar of events, schedules, and appointments. 3. Act as a liaison between manager and other center/ career connections staff 4. Maintain correspondence control log, receive incoming/ outgoing mail and follow-up on dates for action items 5. Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties; preparation of special reports, type and distribute meeting minutes, maintain files and records, statistical data, make travel arrangements, etc. as required.  Education and Experience Requirements:  * High school diploma or equivalent  * One (1) years clerical experience, and computer proficiency required. * Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, unless waived by management Why: Make a positive impact in your community by doing meaningful work that results in a rewarding career.  Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
