About the company

R&R Heating and Air Conditioning

Construction · 51 to 200 employees

At R&R Heating, we believe in doing things the right way: Fix it before we replace it Equip the customer properly to make informed decisions if replacement is needed Find the root cause, not just the symptom Perform real maintenance, not a $20 gimmick designed just to get in the door Put the customer first, every time. We’re still locally owned, and we’re building technicians, not just selling equipment. Our in-house trainer develops our techs so they can become better diagnosticians and craftsmen. There’s a lot of HVAC companies focused on moving boxes. That’s not us.
