Service Technician & Diesel Mechanic - Crane, Truck & Heavy Equipment ALL Sunshine Crane Rental Corp. Apopka, FL - 32703 Position Summary ALL Sunshine Crane Rental, located in Apopka seeking a Crane, Truck and Heavy Equipment Service Technician & Diesel Mechanic. Hands-on experience with cranes and lift equipment is a big plus. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits package. This position is eligible for a $300.00 sign-on bonus after 100 days of continuous, successful employment. Essential Functions Responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on all makes of cranes, heavy duty trucks and other equipment Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify components as needed Reads, understands and interprets operating manuals, parts manuals, and technical drawings Positive interface with service writers, supervisor, parts department and customers Prepare proper documentation of actions taken Able to work with diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting and repairs Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations Skills and Experience Requirements Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision Must have a strong diesel engine, hydraulic and electrical background Must have basic set of mechanic’s hand tools Ability to work safely around moving machinery; to work in conditions with marked changes in temperature & humidity Previous experience with Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks is a plus Experience with diagnostic software such as Cummins INSITE is highly desired Able to lift 50 pounds Benefits Competitive wages.
