What you'll do
- Handle day-to-day repairs: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
- Work service tickets
- Keep the property in top shape
- Be the person residents count on to get it fixed right
What you need
- 1+ year of maintenance experience or equivalent training or education
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Live within 30 minutes of the property
- HVAC/EPA/CFC certification (preferred)

What you'll earn
$21-$25/hour
, based on experience
Up to 50% off rent
if you want to live on-site
Renewal commissions
shared with the property team
$300 every quarter
through our Morgan Essentials stipend
$15/day on-call pay
(rotating, and always paid)
Medical, dental, and vision coverage
401(k) with company match
10 paid holidays, plus PTO and sick leave
What you'll do

Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM. Paid rotating on-call.
