You'll diagnose problems, make repairs, and keep our community safe, comfortable, and up to company standards. Compensation and Benefits: Base pay: $22.00 - $24.00 hourly $300 quarterly Morgan Essentials 50% rent discount 401(k) Full benefits: Dental, Medical, Vision Paid time off and holidays What We Need From You: Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, drywall, and general property issues Make-ready skills: unit turns, repairs, cleaning, and painting Commitment to a 24-hour on-call schedule, including snow and ice emergencies Valid driver's license Your own tools for on-site repairs Why Morgan?
