Location: State College, PA. Type: Full-time Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. This position also participates in an on-call rotation one day per week and every fifth weekend. What You’ll Do You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our apartment community running smoothly. That means: Handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings Getting empty homes move-in ready Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great Doing preventive maintenance and inspections Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts Creating a great resident experience with friendly, professional service #INDSJ
