About the Role
Facility Solutions Group is seeking a dependable, organized Service & Warehouse Coordinator to help keep our service team and daily branch operations running smoothly. This position combines service scheduling and dispatch, hands-on warehouse support, and administrative coordination.
You’ll help connect customers, technicians, and vendors—coordinating service calls, preparing materials, and keeping records accurate so our crews have what they need to get the job done.
Experience in both dispatch and warehouse operations is not required.
If you bring dispatch or service coordination experience, we can train you on the warehouse side. If your background is in warehouse operations, we can teach you scheduling and dispatch. We’re looking for someone who communicates well, stays organized, and is willing to learn.
