What you'll do
- Commercial Mortgage and Line of Credit Renewals:Monitors dashboard daily to determine ifmaturing lines of credit or term loans pass established benchmarks for renewal. Works with creditofficer, team lead, branch manager or small business lender based on determination and takes theappropriate steps based on outcome.
- Credit analysis and underwriting:Analyzing credit reports, reviewing loan documentation, ensuringcompliance with regulatory requirements
- Special projects:Participate in special projects, such as process improvements and product development as assigned by the Business Banking Manager or Director of Credit Delivery.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed oriented Business Banking Intern to join our team. As an Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in Small Business Banking, working closely
with our experienced Small Business Portfolio Manager to support the loan portfolio and assist with the renewal of maturing mortgages and lines of credit. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, knowledge, and network in the banking industry and may lead to future opportunities with the Bank.
