That’s right—you’re not just showing up to work every day, you’re helping build something with a purpose. Our founder, Bob Fulton, believed that the people who create the value should share in the success—and we’ve been proving that true ever since. We thrive on the energy that comes from people being open, honest, and working together toward shared goals. It’s what makes us successful—and it’s what makes work here different.
