What you'll do
- Design, develop, maintain, test, and document ServiceNow software applications, databases, and cloud services in accordance with industry best practices.
- Support the implementation of Sponsor-identified objectives and priorities for ServiceNow features, functions, and enterprise reference architecture.
- Actively contribute to Agile development ceremonies, utilizing Jira for sprint tracking and project delivery.
- Conduct comprehensive unit, functional, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Implement application security, accessibility, and development standards in alignment with system certification, accreditation, and Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements.
- Formulate recommendations that provide business value—emphasizing UI/UX enhancement, reduction of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) overhead, and modernization of web-based components.
- Adhere to the Sponsor's document management plan, managing application code, data architectures, storage locations, and versioning requirements.
- Oversee and support Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 service management operations and incident resolution.
