Develop and optimize fulfillment solutions, facility layouts, process flows, labor models, automation strategies, and pricing models.
Analyze costs and collaborate with customers and sales, operations, finance, and implementation teams on solution design and execution.
What you need
Requires 2-4 years of experience in solutions engineering, industrial engineering, pricing, or a related supply chain field, and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

About the Solutions Engineer I Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Solutions Engineer l to develop and optimize fulfillment solutions, pricing strategies, and cost structures within our supply chain operations. This role will focus on designing scalable, cost-effective, and high-value supply chain solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market (GTM) efforts.
The ideal candidate has a strong industrial engineering background, experience in process optimization, and a deep understanding of fulfillment operations, facility design, automation, and cost analysis. They will interact directly with prospective customers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective solution development.
Solutions Engineering & Optimization:
Develop customized fulfillment solutions integrating software, parcel, fixed pricing, automation, and facility flow.
Optimize facility layouts, process flows, and labor models to reduce costs and improve pricing competitiveness.
Assess and implement automation strategies to enhance solution value and operational efficiency.
Evaluate facility design, material handling, and operational processes to maximize throughput and efficiency.
Pricing & Cost Strategy:
Develop pricing models that integrate fulfillment, software, parcel, and fixed costs.
Conduct cost analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic pricing decisions.
Work closely with finance and FP&A teams to ensure pricing aligns with financial goals and margin targets.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with prospective customers to understand their fulfillment needs and propose optimized solutions.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment in solution design and pricing strategies.
Support solution implementation by partnering with operations and implementation teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
2-4 years of experience in solutions engineering, industrial engineering, pricing, or a related supply chain field.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of fulfillment, warehousing, automation, and material flow optimization.
Experience with cost modeling, pricing strategy, and supply chain financial analysis.
Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executives and customers.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and optimization tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.).
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with 3PL, fulfillment operations, and parcel solutions.
Knowledge of warehouse automation technologies and their cost-benefit analysis.
Familiarity with GTM strategies and sales collaboration in a supply chain setting.
