What You'll Do:The Staff Accountant is a key member of the accounting team, working hybrid out of Pleasant Grove, UT and reporting to the Controller. This is a hands-on role with plenty of room to learn. Day to day, you will help maintain the general ledger, assist with month-end close, prepare journal entries, process vendor invoices and payments, support our annual external audit, and help with ad hoc reporting and projects.Location Requirements:This position is based at Dental Intelligence's headquarters in Pleasant Grove, Utah, and follows a hybrid work schedule. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of our Pleasant Grove office and be available to work onsite as required.Outcomes You’ll Own:​​Support month-end close, including bank, billing, and subscription revenue reconciliations. Enter vendor invoices and prepare payments accurately and on time. Record journal entries and help maintain the general ledger. Assist with departmental cost reporting and ad hoc reports. Help prepare for the annual external audit and respond to auditor requests. What We're Looking For:Experience:0-2 years of relevant accounting experience. Internships count, and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.Core Skills Proficient understanding of accounting concepts such as accruals, month-end close, and the general ledger. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
