What you'll do
- Create monthly, weekly, and daily nursing schedules in collaboration with Nurse Leadership using OnShift.
- Prepare and post daily staff assignments in accordance with Center policy and state and federal requirements.
- Coordinate staff time-off requests and assist with coverage for staff absences.
- Assist Nursing Leadership with recruiting and onboarding nursing staff.
- Maintain current nursing open positions and staffing templates.
- Work with Nurse Managers to ensure appropriate staffing levels based on resident needs.
- Audit and restock nursing supplies as needed.
- Provide resident support within the scope of CNA certification and assigned responsibilities.

Sarasota Point Rehab is seeking a dependable and organized Staffing & Supply Clerk to support our team.
The ideal candidate is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with strong organizational and communication skills and experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment.
Responsibilities
Create monthly, weekly, and daily nursing schedules in collaboration with Nurse Leadership using OnShift.
Prepare and post daily staff assignments in accordance with Center policy and state and federal requirements.
Coordinate staff time-off requests and assist with coverage for staff absences.
Assist Nursing Leadership with recruiting and onboarding nursing staff.
Maintain current nursing open positions and staffing templates.
Work with Nurse Managers to ensure appropriate staffing levels based on resident needs.

Qualifications
CNA certification required.
Previous long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred.
Experience with OnShift or similar scheduling software preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
