Position Overview Working closely with an assigned Project Manager, you will become a fully integrated project team member right away. At the end of ten weeks, the combination of on-the-job learning, training, meaningful project work and ongoing coaching will give you a realistic sense of the business analyst role and the consulting profession. High-performing Summer Business Analysts will be given the opportunity to join us full-time. Locations: Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; New York, NY Responsibilities Analyze and prepare client data to support project objectives Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify insights Build models to evaluate business scenarios and support recommendations Support client interviews, research and data collection efforts Develop clear, client-ready slides and materials Contribute to team problem-solving and solution development Support day-to-day project execution and deliverables Communicate findings to team members Requirements Qualifications Current enrollment as a rising senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, mathematics or related field Strong academic track record Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills Technical & Analytical Skills Familiarity with data analysis tools or programming languages is a plus Interest in applying data and technology to business and go-to-market challenges Exposure to AI or analytics tools is helpful; ability to apply sound judgment to outputs is important Additional Qualifications Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Ability to manage multiple priorities Willingness to travel (sometimes on short notice) Salary: $30/hour EEO Employer.
